Here we come a-wassailing,
Among the leaves so green.
Here we come a-wandering,
So fair to be seen.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year
Our wassail cup is made,
Of the Rosemary tree.
And so is your beer,
Of the best barley.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year
We are not daily beggars,
That beg from door to door.
We are your neighbor's children,
Whom you have seen before.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year
Call up the butler of this house;
Put on his golden ring.
Let him bring us up a glass,
And better shall we sing.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year
Bring us out a table,
And spread it with a cloth;
Bring us out a moldy cheese,
And some of your Christmas loaf.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year
God bless the master of this house,
Likewise the mistress, too,
And all the little children,
That round the table go.
Love and joy come to you,
And to your wassail too,
And God bless you,
And send you a happy New Year,
And God send you a happy New Year

Holy was that night so fair,
When to list’ning shepherds near,
Angels chanted loud and clear,
"Glory in the highest."
Hush’d the night, and calm the air.
As the seraph choirs repeat
God’s own salutation sweet,
"Peace on earth from Heaven."
To the humble shepherds there,
Kneeling on the quiet earth,
Is revealed the Saviour’s birth,
And His free redemption.
As they marvel, rapt in pray’r,
Now the angels chant again,
God’s good-will to sinful men,
Oh! The joyful tidings.
With what rapture, pure and rare,
On that first glad Christmas eve,
Did those simple men receive
Such good news from Heaven!
Lord, who by Thy sacred birth
Joy and peace to man didst bring,
Touch our hearts that we may sing
Praise to Thee unending.
Fill our souls with love divine,
May we all Thy children be;
Hear us as we sing to Thee,
"Glory in the highest."
And when life on earth is o’er,
Saviour, take us for Thine own;
May we sing before Thy throne,
Praise and high Thanksgiving.
Glory to the Father be,
Glory unto Christ the Son,
And the spirit, Three in One,
Amen, Alleluia, Amen.

The holly and the ivy,
When they are both full grown,
Of all the trees that are in the wood,
The holly bears the crown.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.
The holly bears the blossom,
As white as the lily flower.
And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ,
To be our sweet Saviour.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.
The holly bears a berry,
As red as any blood,
And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ,
To do poor sinners good.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.
The holly bears a prickle,
As sharp as any thorn,
And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ,
On Christmas day in the morn.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.
The holly bears a bark,
As bitter as any gall,
And Mary bore sweet Jesus Christ,
For to redeem us all.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.
The holly and the ivy,
When they are both full grown,
Of all the trees that are in the wood,
The holly bears the crown.
The rising of the sun
And the running of the deer,
The playing of the merry organ,
Sweet singing in the choir.

Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
It's the best time of the year
I don't know if there'll be snow,
but have a cup of cheer.
Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
And when you walk down the street
Say Hello to friends you know
and everyone you meet.
Oh, ho, the mistletoe
hung where you can see;
Somebody waits for you;
Kiss her once for me.
Have a holly jolly Christmas,
and in case you didn't hear,
Oh by golly, have a holly,
jolly Christmas this year.

Oh, there’s no place like home for the holidays,
‘Cause no matter how far away you roam,
When you pine for the sunshine of a friendly gaze,
For the holidays you can’t beat home, sweet home.
I met a man who lives in Tennessee,
And he was headin’ for Pennsylvania and some pumpkin pie.
From Pennsylvania folks are travlin’ down to Dixie’s sunny shore;
From Atlantic to Pacific, gee, the traffic is terrific.
Oh, there’s no place like home for the holidays,
‘Cause no matter how far away you roam,
If you want to be happy in a million ways,
For the holidays you can’t beat home, sweet home.

How bright appears the Morning Star,
With mercy beaming from afar,
The host of Heaven rejoices,
O righteous branch,
O Jesse's rod the Son of man,
And Son of God,
We too will lift our voices,
Jesus Jesus holy holy yet most lowly,
Come draw near us,
Great Immanuel come hear us.
Though circled by the hosts of high,
He deigned to cast a pitying eye upon,
His helpless creation,
The whole creation's head and Lord,
By highest seraphim adored,
Assumed our very nature,
Jesus grant us through your merit,
To inherit your salvation,
Hear O hear our supplication.
Rejoice O heavens and earth,
Reply with praise O sinners,
Fill the sky for this,
His incarnation incarnate God,
Put forth your power,
Ride on ride on great conqueror,
Till all know your salvation,
Amen amen alleluia alleluia
Praise be given,
Evermore by earth and Heaven.

While by the sheep we watched at night,
Glad tidings brought an angel bright.
How great our joy! Great our joy!
Joy, joy, joy! Joy, joy, joy!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
There shall be born so He did say,
In Bethlehem a Child today.
There shall the Child lie in a stall,
This Child who shall redeem us all.
How great our joy! Great our joy!
Joy, joy, joy! Joy, joy, joy!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
There shall be born so He did say,
In Bethlehem a Child today.
This gift of God we'll cherish well,
That every joy our hearts shall fill.
How great our joy! Great our joy!
Joy, joy, joy! Joy, joy, joy!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
Praise we the Lord in heaven on high!
There shall be born so He did say,
In Bethlehem a Child today.
